The count down is on: Three days until the 30 Recipes in 30 Days Challenge begins

Thank you to everyone who has signed up to the 30 Recipes in 30 Days Challenge.

Over the last few days, I have had heaps of recipes trawling through my brain – so I thought it would be nice to give you a sneak peek of some of the ideas I have in store. It’s going to be all about food you love to eat. No pretence, jusy honest home cooking.

Chicken Madras Curry

I actually made this tonight and it was delicious. It’s certainly one for the person who really enjoys a good hit of chilli. I’ll also give you a fool-proof method to cook really fluffy, tender rice every time. This recipe is flavoured with turmeric. It’s subtle, but much nicer then the plain, boiled variety.

Asian Marinated beef with Sobo Noodle Salad

Amazingly simple, this dish is perfect for a weekday meal when you have had a tough day. The chicken can be marinated in advance and the noodles take no longer then 15 minutes from start to finish.

Everyone who knows me well knows while I can cook most things – I don’t do deserts. However, I have had great reviews from this dish. It’s creamy, boozy and honestly, I can’t get enough of it. I often sneak into the fridge Nigella-style for just one more bite!

If you know anyone that you think would enjoy these recipes, please feel free to give them the address and tell them to subscribe.

See you Monday for the first recipe which promises to be the ultimate in fusion food 🙂

Be Inspired~
